The Indian meal moth looks for areas with a source of light or places with large amounts of food sources. They enjoy snacking on cereal, pasta, bread, and flour. These moths have a brown/white coloring and will grow to be 5/8 in. (16 mm) in size. They are able to squeeze their bodies through cracks in food containers and can eat through boxes or bags to access food. These pests can carry bacteria, so once it is discovered that there is an issue, throw out all food that is not tightly sealed and contact Miller Pest & Termite to eliminate your moth problem in a quick manner.
